How information is handled when you visit, enquire or use chat on the Tacdigitals website.
Who this notice is for
This notice explains information handled through Tacdigitals’ marketing website, project enquiries and chat. Contact hello@tacdigitals.com for questions about your information. Product, academy and store services may need additional information specific to those services.
Project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email, project description and any optional business name or phone number you provide. We use those details to respond, discuss scope and manage the potential project in our customer enquiry system. You can select WhatsApp and phone-call contact when you supply a phone number.
Chat and AI assistance
If you choose to use chat, your contact details and messages are handled through our chat and customer-management systems. Where AI assistance is enabled, message content may be processed by the configured AI provider to generate a response. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through chat.
Visits and browser storage
The website records page visits with device type, browser information, screen resolution and referrer. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also keep technical request logs. Chat uses browser storage to remember its session and dismissal choices; signed-in services use storage for authentication. The delivery-app enquiry page keeps campaign tags in session storage and attaches them to an enquiry when present.
Systems and access
We use service providers, including Supabase for website data and Firebase for hosting, to operate the website and enquiry services. Relevant team members use enquiry information to handle your request. Provider systems may process information outside your country. We use the providers’ available access controls; no internet transmission can be guaranteed risk-free.
Your choices and requests
You can enquire by email instead of using the form, leave optional fields blank, and choose whether we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. Email hello@tacdigitals.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to change your contact preferences. We may need to verify a request and explain any information that must be retained for an active project or legal requirement.
Retention and concerns
Enquiry records can remain in our CRM for follow-up and project administration. Contact us for the retention details that apply to your record or to request removal. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
