Website terms & project information
A guide to website enquiries, published offers and how project terms are agreed.
About this website
Tacdigitals uses this website to describe its software services, show work and receive enquiries. Contact hello@tacdigitals.com if you need clarification about an offer or project.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry or requesting a walkthrough does not place an order, book an appointment or start a development project. Your project proposal and agreement specify the accepted scope, payment milestones, timeline, responsibilities, ownership and support arrangements.
Published offers
The delivery-app launch package has its own stated price and 14-day scope. The proposal confirms the kickoff date, required content and access, included platforms and integrations, and the day-14 delivery milestone. Additional custom work and external app-store review times are accounted for separately. Other services are quoted individually.
Ownership and third-party services
The delivery-app package gives the customer ownership of its source code, data and hosting, with hosting through Tacdigitals optional. Each project agreement documents handover and account responsibilities. Third-party tools, open-source components, app stores and service providers remain subject to their own licences, terms and charges.
Portfolio and illustrative previews
Portfolio examples show work created for the named product or organisation. Illustrative interfaces are identified separately and are not a promise that every displayed feature is included in your project. Third-party product names and marks identify their respective owners.
Use of forms and links
Use enquiry forms and chat for relevant business discussions. Do not submit malicious files or credentials. External links lead to sites whose content and practices are managed by their respective operators.
