The problem

Ordering, restaurant preparation and rider delivery need to stay connected so customers and operators can follow the same order.

Our contribution

Tacdigitals built the customer, restaurant and rider experiences together with the administration portal, payments, tracking and notifications.

Customers can discover restaurants, place orders and follow delivery progress. Restaurants and riders have workflows for their part of the order.

Food delivery for Calabar, tracked live from kitchen to door.

Fasdex connects customers, local restaurants and delivery riders on one platform. Customers order in seconds and follow their rider on the map, restaurants manage incoming orders, and riders deliver and get paid.

What we built

Customer, restaurant and rider apps, plus an admin portal to run it all
Live GPS tracking that shares the rider's location during each delivery
Paystack payments, and bank payouts for riders
Rider ID verification and push notifications
